For the second year running, Seattle Magazine has recognized me and my Team as one of the Top 100 Mortgage Professionals In the Seattle Area. I humbly and transparently write this blog post today grateful for the opportunity to receive this award.
You see, 2008 was my first full year originating mortgages on my own, and if you only knew how hard I’ve worked to learn and perfect a new career (after 6 years in college studying sports medicine and 3 years practicing as a collegiate strength & conditioning coach), you would see how truly grateful I am to receive this honor.
So first, I would like to take this time to apologize to a handful of local Realtors who I may have frusterated early on in my career by “beating around the bush”, not calling you back promptly, and not being able to close your transaction on time. I’ve leanred my lesson the hard way and those days are gone… But more importantly, I would like to thank the agents and clients that have trusted me to excel in my profession, to work hard for them and have support my committment to be the best loan officer I can be!
As we enter 2011, I want all of my Realtors and future clients to know that next to my passion for serving Jesus Christ and loving my Family; my committment to providing an exceptional home buying experience is my next greatest objective. If you have a chance to browse around my website, you’ll see that I spend the majority of my time writing about Seattle FHA, Seattle VA, and Washington State USDA mortgages in the beautiful greater Seattle area.
I would also like to invite you to follow me on my facebook business page – Dan Keller | My Mortgage Guy Dan (dot) com where I provide valuable commentary on the 3 Things They Forgot To Teach Us In High School – Money, Mortgage and Investing. “Pay the price today so that you can name the price tomorrow.” (dk)
I always enjoy meeting new people, so if we haven’t met yet, let’s talk! If we know each other, I just want to take this one last chance here to tell you, “Thank you for supporting me and my business!”
PS – If you are a Realtor, I want to invite you to my weekly Coffee With Keller where I share in a roundtable forum how to grow your online and offline business using the New Rules of Real Estate Marketing – Web 2.0!!!
