Over the past few years, I have watched real estate brokerages that I frequent literally disintegrate. I believe broker/owners of real estate offices have gone into “survival mode” focusing so much on the “shift” in the real estate market, they have lost track of what’s really taken place, and that is, a full paradigm shift in Real Estate Marketing.
