The My Community 97 Program (3% down) is a very popular loan program for Washington State First Time Home Buyers. In addition to the USDA Rural Development Zero Down Home Loan and the Washington State VA Home Loan Program, the My Community Program offers a lower cost option and qualifying flexibility as compared to the costly FHA Loan Program. So What Do You Do Next?
I encourage all of my clients to conduct a Pre-Mortgage Planning & Credit Analysis prior to shopping for a home. As a faculty member of the Washington State Housing and Finance Commission, I cannot stress enough that you take time to learn about your options and “Know Before You Owe“. You can attend one of our FREE Home Buyer Workshops that I host every 3rd Saturday of the month, or sit down with me to go over a Mortgage Planning Analysis (saving my clients over $12,000 in interest and fees over a 15-year period).
I love working with my readers – So feel free to contact me directly at (425) 350-7136, or at dankellermtg@gmail.com for more information on making the an educated decision as you begin shopping for a home!
