The current maximum loan amount for FHA and Va in King County and Snohomish County is currently $540,500. In December 2016, the Washington State Conforming Loan limits in King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties will be raised to $592,250.

Conforming loan amounts in general increased from $417,000 to $424,100.
Conforming high-balance loan limits increased according per county for a single family residence:
– Snohomish, King, and Pierce Counties – $592,250
– Skagit County – $424,100
– Whatcom County – $424,100
– San Juan County – $483,100
– Chelan County – $424,100
