The Seattle Times reported last week that Seattle property taxes will increase 17% in 2018. More so, property taxes in Bellevue will increase by 21% in 2018! This is quite a lift and will make an substantial impact of approx $560-$750+ a year for average Seattle and Bellevue home owners.
