One of the great benefits of the FHA 203k Streamline Loan Program is the home buyer can finance repairs or upgrades to the house (or get the seller to pay for them depending on how you look at it…) up to $35,000. Many of the homes that meet the FHA 203k Streamline criteria go overlooked because of the “out of pocket repairs” and lack of knowledge (or fear) of the 203k Loan Program.
