In addition, the Dept. of VA requires the homebuyer to purchase the appraisal and credit report outside of working with the bank/Dan Keller, so be prepared to pay for a credit report and appraisal of the property. Though the process can involve a lot of paperwork, it is important to know that me and my team are equipped to take ALL of the stress and headaches out of this process, so let us assist you as much as we can.
We are a direct lender with the Dept. of VA, so we are able to ensure that you receive the best service, communication, rates, and very importantly, a timely closing. So sit back, relax, and let us take care of you! Because in the end, this is not just a house, it’s your HOME. Welcome HOME!
