Military homebuyers and veterans can take advantage of a local Washington State VA Home Loan Program, one of the strongest mortgage programs in the history of our country:
(1) Zero Down Mortgage
(2) No Monthly Mortgage Insurance
(3) Extremely Competitive 30-yr Fixed Rates
Affordable home values and historically low interests rates, means saving thousands of dollars and purchasing a home with a Washington State VA loan is now much easier!
We have a exclusive group of Washington VA mortgage specialists, headed by myself, Dan Keller. Since 2008, our VA mortgage Team has quickly become the “go-to source” for Puget Sound VA home loan consulting and advice serving many of the major military bases such as the Naval Station Everett, Kitsap Naval Base, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Fairchild and McCord Air Force Bases.
Click on the short form below to help you determine your loan rate (FREE rate quote), total monthly payment, along with the loan limits in your area, and more importantly, help you gather all of the items that you need to successfully navigate through the home loan process.
Washington VA Loan Limits
Although VA guaranteed mortgages do not have maximum dollar amounts, lenders who sale their VA mortgages on the secondary market must limit the size of those loans to the max limit prescribed by GNMA (Ginnie Mae). For example, in King County, the VA lending limit is $500,000. In Kitsap County, the VA limit is only $417,000. However, you can exceed the max loan limit, and I explain in a separate article found here Washington Jumbo VA Mortgages.
Buying A Home In Washington With VA Financing
Whether you have served in the United States Military and have Veteran status, or you are currently serving in the military at one of Washington’s many Military facilities, we will help you get started by applying for a mortgage and gathering the financial items needed to get pre-approved for a specific amount. Next, we will help you locate and produce either your statement of service forms (active military) or your Certificate of Eligibility (veteran).
So What’s Next?
After we have pre-qualified for a specific loan amount, and you are comfortable with the payment that accompanies that amount, we will meet with you to review your credit report and offer you a Pre-Mortgage Credit Analysis. This is where we look at ways to improve your credit rating, offer credit repair, and show you specific ways to pay off debt and become and remain debt-free!
