When you meet with me, I believe you’ll understand why Seattle Magazine and my peers have voted me as one of Seattle Area’s Top Mortgage Originators in 2009, 2010, and 2011. But you’ll also feel like you are the only client I am working with. That is because I’ve taken careful measures to build a productive team centered around providing a first-class Mortgage Concierge Experience for my Realtors and homebuyers.

When I am not funding mortgages and strategizing with my Realtor partners to create better ways to serve our communities, I can be found writing community service blogs, teaching Washington State House Key Homebuyer Education Classes, teaching Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace Courses, conducting “Coffee With Keller” for my Realtor partners, and speaking in Real Estate offices to broker and agents providing continuing education courses.
I believe in working extremely hard. On the other, hand I play hard too. I enjoy spending time in Lake Chelan at the Lake House with my beautiful wife Jenny, and two kids Ally and Hudson. I am a HUGE fan, the #1 fan of my wife’s little biz – Jenny Cookies, and get tons of joy watching her create edible masterpieces out of flour and sugar.
I’m not a “jack of all trades” lender. I specialize in residential purchase business, with expertise and focus on FHA, VA, and USDA mortgages, and FHA/VA Jumbo mortgages. I fund mortgages and serve a handful of Realtors in the Seattle-Bellevue-Everett areas and Orange County, CA regions.
